Ross Skowronski elected Chair of the Steering Committee of the Humanitarian NGO Platform in Ukraine.
Ross Skowronski, Director and Founder of Mission Kharkiv, has been elected Chair of the Steering Committee of the Humanitarian NGO Platform in Ukraine. The NGO Platform brings together over 100 international and national humanitarian organisations operating in Ukraine and serves as a key coordination and representation body for NGOs engaging with the humanitarian system, national authorities, donors, and the UN.As Chair of the Steering Committee, Ross will support the strategic direction and governance of the Platform, strengthen coordination between NGOs, and contribute to principled, effective humanitarian action in Ukraine at a critical time. This role is undertaken alongside his work with Mission Kharkiv, a humanitarian organisation focused on improving access to healthcare for vulnerable populations affected by the war in Ukraine.
