Nordic Center for Sustainable Healthcare (NCSH) is collaborating with XVII Sustainability AB on a strategic project for RE-source, exploring how circular strategies can strengthen supply resilience in the healthcare sector.
Recent disruptions to global supply chains have highlighted healthcare’s dependence on reliable access to medical equipment and other critical resources. Circular approaches such as repair, reuse and keeping products in circulation for longer can reduce dependence on new production and contribute to more resilient healthcare systems.
Through NCSH’s network, the project will bring together relevant perspectives from healthcare, medical technology, procurement, logistics and circular business models.
The project is led by XVII Sustainability AB in collaboration with NCSH.
